Just a quick mod I made when I was home sick.
If you've ever taken a tour of a real-life cave, the guide will often turn out the lights, when they do this, you can close your eyes and not notice a difference. I thought there was too much lighting in the caves in Oblivion, so I removed all ambience, however, I left things like candles, light through the ceiling, etc. alone. I also took all the light out of the Ayleid ruins except for fires, those shiny stones, etc. I left fort ruins and sewers untouched. I would've added a weak night-eye spell to the PC's starting spells, but I don't know how to do that and I didn't wanna screw up anyone's game.
