User's manual is included. This is safe to use with anything, provided that your other plug-ins do not change the exact same locations (listed in the docs).
This is V2 which adds the third bridge (since v1.20) and is concidered to be the final release of this plugin. The minor v2.01 re-relase of V2 makes the bridges visible when distant. Also, contact information in the user's manual is updated.
