This is just a simple mod that changes nearly all the ingredients that are in the game. This doesnt include quest ones, but includes Nirnroot since there are about 300 plants ingame. This mod changes most of the ingredients from the boring 1 value to a higher value, eg 6 or 13. the already high values like the vampire dust has gone from 50 --> 125.
