This plugin was created based off of AWS version 1.5. It should be compatible with future versions unless weather types are added or removed.
This mod adds two tomes to the Imperial City Arboretum, on the base of Talos' statue. They allow you to manipulate the weather using a menu system, the difference between them is that one's changes are instantaneous, the other's are gradual. To change the weather, simply equip the desired tome (which is categorized as clothing so it can be equipped, it has no equipped graphic though). To operate the tome: equip it, choose a menu that corresponds to the type of weather you want, then choose the specific weather type from the new menu. Click "Menu" to return to the weather type menu, or "Cancel" to leave the weather like it is.
Installation
==================
There are two plugins, choose which one matches your setup:
AWS_WeatherTome BJO.esp - Choose this file if you are using Book Jackets: Oblivion.
AWS_WeatherTome.esp - Choose this file if you are NOT using Book Jackets: Oblivion.
After you've picked the version that corresponds to your setup, simply take the chosen .esp file, drop it in your Oblivion\Data directory, and activate it in the Data Files menu or Oblivion Mod Manager.
Bugs

I've tested the menu structure and it appears to be working correctly on both versions. If you encounter a bug or something that doesn't work properly, please post in the release thread on the ElderScrolls.com forums or PM me there under the screen name "xzero87".
