it disables every single spell restriction. like master & expert. now all you need is the magicka to cast the spell and boom your done. yes yes i know the better oblivion mod does this but this is a stand alone version. i does nothing else but disables the restrictions. so creds to dubby for the original idea. i just wanted a lone version
