Description

This mod adds a cozy cottage west from Cheydinhal just off the main road [cell 22,22 (the one with the two ponds) in case anyone has another house mod there]. You'll know you're there when you see the large hill and the pond. It has 2 floors, 2 decks, and an amazing view of the mountains. This location is possibly one of the most beautiful in all Cyrodiil.


Details
=======
The house consists of two levels connected by stairs, has 3 doors, a few seats, 2 beds, and non-respawning storage. All the containers already contain items, but do not worry THE CONTAINERS ARE SAFE. The house is in wilderness cell (22,22).

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Copy files to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
3. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file.
2. Delete the files associated with this mod.



Incompatibility
===============
This mod modifies only the wilderness cell (22,22) and may conflict with any other mods dealing with that area.
