All items are located in the abandoned shack at the Imperial City Waterfront. They are legendary swords so they're about 5 points stronger than the glass weapons. The thieves blade inflicts paralysis (to run away).
Or use the masterswordDX_no_god.esp if you don't wan't your masterswords to be god weapons.
