This mod adds a miniture Imperial Palace Guard to the table
in the IC Waterfront shack.

He comes with an Owners Manual which is situated on the
table near him along with his chest.

He trades, repairs, recharges, fences and will even pay off
your fines and bounty.

Installation
----------------------------------------------------------

Simply copy the DesktopImperialMerchant.esm file into your
Bethesda/Oblivion/Data folder, then either through OBMM or
the 'Data Files' option in the Oblivion start up window,
select the DesktopImperialMerchant.esm file.
