Adds a small farm next to the Gold Road, (Skingrad to Imperial City). Just between Greyrock Cave and Greenmead Cave.
The farm consists of a two story house that your player can live in. There are plenty of places to display/store items and does not come with any items already there so you will need to go and buy/steal your own items to furnish it (sorry). Outside the farm is a stable, vegtable patch and about 6 sheep.
Everything in the farm is set to player ownership so it shouldn't get you done for theft.

-Installing-
Just add the file to the data folder of Oblivion and enable in the add ons menu when you open Oblivion. Back up your files first and if it screws up don't blame me as you install at your own risk.

-Known Bugs-
1. Imperial horsemen get lost sometimes and walk through the forest when they get to the farm instead of sticking to the path. I don't know if it did this anyway and have checked the path settings but can't see why it happens
2. Every now and then a wolf may appear and hunt the sheep, can't see why this happens as i have removed all the spawns
3. The sheep sometimes 'escape' and spawn outside of the walls, they don't go far and always come back

These bugs won't be fixed in a later version as I have abandoned this mod, to create a new house in Skingrad with morefeatues:
