NOTE - I strongly recommend you use Wrye Bash to import the face, it can be found here, also it has a indept faq:

Generic Faces & Compatibility
Generic faces is incompatible with any other mod that effects the races, that means all cosmetic type mods. However there is
a way around this- You can merge the mods. The easiest way to do this is using this:
