-Luxurious Manor House with hidden basement which links the Manor to the Light house. The Manor house also has an attic.
-A lighthouse which offers beautiful views of the Imperial City, the Jerall moutains, the Forest south of Cheydinhal, and the Niben River.
-A small Roman style temple for astehtics
-A storage shack off the gardens with plenty of room to leave your stuffs
-A enclosed hunting ground with deer and a deer stand.
-A stable to keep your horse in
-A small herb garden with some miscellanious items
-A sheep pen for all your live stock
