I have sorted making new fence NPCs, and so the Fence Project has started. I was tired of having to always go and see Ongar in Bruma to sell stolen goods and I\'d already looted all of Bruma anyway, and so I wanted fences in the other towns and cities in Cyrodiil. So I have made new NPCs that all will buy stolen goods. None of them sell anything,

I have sorted making new fence NPCs, and so the Fence Project has started. I was tired of having to always go and see Ongar in Bruma to sell stolen goods and I'd already looted all of Bruma anyway, and so I wanted fences in the other towns and cities in Cyrodiil. So I have made new NPCs that all will buy stolen goods. None of them sell anything, and in this version they're all just wearing cheap clothes and usually just carry and iron dagger. Maybe later I'll add some more detail to each NPC.
There's 7, like I said, found in every city except Bruma and Kvatch. There's Jerracho the Breton can be found in Cheydinhal, Cessan the Imperial in Chorrol, Reekarstch the Khajhit in Bravil, Gro-Shabul can be found in the IC, Heygo the Redguard in Skingrad, Rilthri the Bosmer in Leyawiin, and Althros Maddak the Altmer in Anvil.
Most can be found very close to city main gates and they do not move, eat, sleep, or wander, and offer services 24/7, plus they all have 1000-1200 gold to barter. Also, I think that these folk will only deal with Thieves' Guild members, I'll have to make non-TG fences sometime maybe... I've only tested two of the NPCs, but they're just slightly edited clones, so they should all work. I can tell you that it is better than my "IC Fence" mod...
Just put the ESP in the Data folder whereever you've installed Ob, then just tick off the box in the Data Files area when the game is launched.
