This adds a gun to oblivion. It is your basic 1 shot kill gun that runs off of souls, so to ballance it a little it takes a lot to recharge it and it only shoots 2 times on a charge. You can change that easily by editing the enchantment values. Everything else is in the Readme. UPDATE added in a cheat esp with unlimited uses of the gun
