I made this because being a high level, my player took ages to kill creatures such as, uh... you know. Finger of the Mountain took of 10% of their health at tops and I couldn't take it anymore. So I made this because I needed some powerful spells. This adds several new spells to the game, I'll try and remember all of them...

There's a fire spell, something like Hot Burner, that does something like 1000 damage on a 2000 radius, a shock spell called something like Zappy that does a lot of damage just on the creature you used it on, and Freezy whatever is pretty much the same.

Then there's some others, like Angry Peoples, that makes everyone in a 2000 radius go crazy and kill each other, (hilarious, set off in a busy town) also... Brief Dissapear makes you completely invisible for about 60 secs (because I made another spell that made me invisible for MONTHS and it got annoying), and finally Mega Opener Key, which opens any lock in a large radius too (and no-one cares).

I know it's all ridiculus. Anyway, just pop the ESP in the Data folder, wherever you've installed Ob. The spells should be there when you type psb in the console, (all spells) and if not, just type psb.

Have fun. And don't criticise for unbalancing, that's the point.
