This mod will set your total magicka to 3x your intelligence.
WHY? I got tired of seeing magics like "Finger of the Mountain" being impossible to launch for non-pure-magickal characters.
Just drop the ESP in the Data folder and activate it. Try to alter the load order so the OOO (if you have it) won't interfere it.
Your total magicka will be immedieately changed to the right value. If you dislike, just delete it and the value will return to normal.
I recommend players to rise the difficult level instead of deleting this mod, because you'll cast more magics but the enemies will be stronger ^_^
