about bayview villa

I made this mod under the request of Hermit Crab

Bayview Villa Beta version adds a large, exquisite villa to the west bank of the
topal bay. To find it, just travel south from leyawiin until you come upon a
large rock formation overhanging a clif-side building. If you enter this, you
will come upon a long underwater hallway which leads you to your own private
island. Upon making your exodus from the hall, you will be on a flat, sandy
island, looking at the entrance to your new found house. To the left of the villa
is a large, romanesque covered patio made of marble. Behind it is a lighthouse.

Inside the house, you will find superb accomodations, including an art gallery,
full kitchen, several bedrooms, a training hall/armory, a blacksmith, and a servant.
Back on the mainland is something of a private haeven. The garden of the gods is
a small dome-shaped building a short walk south of the entrance to the long
underwater hall.

Installation Process

Extract all files to c:\program files\bethesda softworks\oblivions\data. When
you are asked to overwrite files under meshes and textures, select 'yes to all'.
Upon starting up oblivion, go into data files, and deselect any previous versions
of bayview villa, and select this one.

Bugs and Glitches

The servant does not work. There may be a missing texture for a certain hidden
easter egg.
