By request, the Mud Flap Girl Shield. A simple retexture of the Light Iron Shield. It can be purchased at Stonewall Shields in the Imperial City Market District.
It's called the Provocative Silhouette Shield in game, since I've never seen a single mud flap in Tamriel. Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen a wheeled vehicle of any sort in Tamriel... Stats are as for the Light Iron Shield. Feel free to change that with the TES Construction Set.
