THE ARMOR CAN BE FOUND IN THE MARKER DISTRICT LEFT TO THE THREE BORTHERS TRADE GOODS IN THE ENCHANTED BARREL!

Unzip or drag the contents of the package into your oblivion\data directory.
If you are prompted to overwrite click 'yes', This is simply a warning to you that you are writing into folders that already exist.
Load up oblivion and go to the Data Files window. Check the box next to DarkDwemerXZAR.esp and begin playing!
