This is an OMOD file so just unpack it into your Oblivion\data\OBMM\mods directory and activate it through Timeslip's Oblivion Mod Manager. This one was prepared using version 0.8.7.
It is taken from Malebodyoblivion_V12 by Robert2 and only gives the nude version Robert2's file includes a nude version, an improved underwear version and the standard. Unfortunately I have not figured out a way to pack the three of them into one OMOD so as to change from one to the other at will.
Be aware that if you have used a non-OMOD texture replacer before for the body that overwrites the Bethesda's original files, you may not be able to go back to that basic body leaving your model without a body at all when the OMOD is deactivated.
Unfortunately the only way round this seems to be to uninstall the game completely and delete whavever is left off.
You can re-use your savegames which are stored in your My documents\my games\Oblivion directory. You may get some error messages but once you save you should be ok.
If you share your computer with others who have limited accounts, the limited accounts cannot use Oblivion Mod Manager - you need administrative privileges for it. If you, as the administrator leave the OMOD activated in OBMM, the users with limited accounts will find that they have no bodies at all which may be a bit disappointing for them.
This is good to use with Eshmes V2, for which I have uploaded an OMOD version too.
