I modelled the agora on August 18th 2005, during Silgrad Tower's pre-work phase for our then-upcoming Oblivion mod, but only recently finalized it and prepped it for Oblivion use. I didn't put much thought behind it other than that I wanted a "town centerpiece" kind of model, but as much as I liked it I abandoned the idea of it being used for that purpose. At any rate I thought it turned out too 'Sylvan' for use in Silgrad Tower so I haven't used it myself in that mod.
To use it, extract the archive to your Oblivion\Data folder. Then open up the Construction Set, open the static list, right-click in the window and choose 'New'. Browse to the nif file - Data\Meshes\RazorwingAgora\AgoraByRazorwing.nif - , then click ok. Now it's ready for placement.
