This is only meant to be run in test mode, and is not connected to the ingame world. Go into the Oblivion ini file, and type MKBirthdayGift into the line for SStartingCell (it\'s the first one), and MKBirthdayGift.esp into the STestFile10 line (it\'s a bit below that).
