You have inherited a small farmhouse from some guy who died. He said before he died, "Give my farm to.. the one who fights for others. The one who was there when the Emporer died.." Then he kicked the bucket.
You travel to Dive Rock, north of Cheydinhal in the Jeral Mountains, to find a large piece of green farming area, in the middle of the blistering cold. To your far right are nice vinyards, to your front is some stables, four horses, a small farmhouse and to your left, is a nice large Vegetable garden, flourishing with nice ripe ingredients.
If you are an adventurer/alchemist that likes horses, this mod is for you.
Inside the farmhouse, to your left would be a nice table set, roaring fire, and a bed. To your right, is shelving, a cupboard, rug, table and a barrel. On the shelves are alot of empty grand soulgems, 3 empty black soul gems, some special armor and weapons, (Made especially for Spritewater) and a staff for Spritewater.
This mods name was thought of after looking at a bottle of Sprite.
