Allows for easier management of saves across multiple characters.

Oblivion Character Manager separates saves from different characters into their own subdirectories, and allows you to pick an active character, whose directory Oblivion will use to save to and load from while running.

Also allows you to set certain Oblivion settings on a per-character basis, such as difficulty, when the game autosaves, etc. More functionality is being worked on here.

No more overwriting your other character's quicksave by accident :)

Version 0.1.3
> Fixed a bug whereby the "Show crosshair" character option would not be applied.
> Fixed a couple of bugs causing files to be saved to the wrong folder in OCM's install directory.
You should make sure the contents of the "Oblivion Character Manager" folder *inside* your actual
install directory are copied into the install directory. E.g. the files in
C:\Program Files\Oblivion Character Manager\Oblivion Character Manager
are copied to
C:\Program Files\Oblivion Character Manager.
> Improved reliability and safety of the save directory tidy and move save directory features.
> Minor UI Tweaks.

Version 0.1.2
> Removed the requirement for OCM to be installed in Oblivion's install directory. If you want to
reinstall it elsewhere, simply copy the contents of the OblivionCharacterManager folder in Oblivion's
install directory to somewhere else, uninstall OCM, reinstall to the new location and copy the subdirectory
contents back into the new install location for OCM.
> Improved stability; fixed several potential crashes.
> Improved error handling and logging mechanisms.
> Added an about box.
> Minor UI tweaks.

Version 0.1.1
