This mod adds a house somewhere in Tamriel =) It's made by Ayleid tiles and is the house a mage can dream about, however there's some fun for everyone in this.
"The Arcane Sanctuary, Buildt by Ayleids long ago, later the Mages guild warlock El'Jafar renewed the place and moved in, using it as a base for his operations. The place is said to store immense amounts of Magicka and Welkynd. However El'Jafar passed away, his body was found outside Fort Cuptor. And unfortunately they location of the sanctuary was only known to him, but still the Office for imperial commerce has decided to sell the residence. The owner of the Warlock's Luck in Bravil is the one who is now in posession of the Deed, but he's willing to part with it for a fair amount of septims."
So basicaly, get the deed to the Sanctuary at Bravil, A warlock's luck. Then go search for it =) And should you not bother to search (It's not hard) type this in the console: COC MYArcaneExterior
Download:
Download the Zip file and extract the contents into your Oblivion\Data Folder. Like any other mod =)

Feel free to use all content in this mod in your own mods, or modify it to suit you better. But if you release it please give some credits if it's due.
