Description:
------------------
Situated just outside the walls of Bruma, to the South West, is the player's very own hunting lodge. With magnificent views of the Imperial City, the lodge is lit externally by braziers. Head inside, and the player will find a snug, well apportioned abode. Hunting trophies hang from the walls, and fur rugs addorn the floors. The numerous chests and cupboards can be used for storage, while supplies in the barrels are frequently replenished.

The bedroom contains an extensive wardrobe, with all the latest fashions, as well as a jewellery box and the house treasury. Oh, and a bed!

In the upstairs room are display cases, and a ancient stone chest. These contain the unique Ice Armour and weapons. Made from the finest glass, and imbued with the power and strength of the mountains, these items should serve you well.
On the upstairs landing are drawers containing the Hunter's Furs. Each item has a seperate effect to aid the bearer on their hunting expeditions.

In the basement lies the Training Room. In here are targets to range at. If you spend enough tme here, you may manage to increase your skill. The barrel here carries Hunter's Arrows, which are regularly replenished.

Warning
------------------------

The house and it's contents *will* unbalance the game. I haven't tested the armour extensively, and so it is probably incredibly over-powered, especially at low levels. The treasury and jewellery box contain quite a lot of wealth.

My reasoning is that in almost all games you start off a a penniless adventurer with just the clothes on their back. Why shouldn't you start the game as a wealthy Bruman merchant, imprisoned for a minor infraction?

So, yes, it is unbalanced, and should possibly be considered a cheat (though its not completely ridiculous, like some cheat items). But hey - its kinda fun!

Installation Instructions

This file is in .7z format, and will require unzipping with 7zip. This software is available for free at its website (Link Follows)
http://www.7-zip.org/

Simply Un-zip the contents to your /Oblivion folder. NOT THE /Data FOLDER!! This is because the zip file contents are in the correct directory structure, starting with the data folder.

Then the normal business of selecting the mod to be activated by Oblivion, using the startup screen.

Possible Conflicts
--------------------

None that I know of. If anyone, by some wierd fluke, has named their modified armor meshes and textures the same as mine, and in the same folders, then there will be issues.

If any other mod has used the same spot as I put the house in, there will likewise be issues. This is not completely unlikely, as the view is stunning :)

Credits

Me, of course!
The Construction Set Wiki - I'd be lost without them.
Those wonderful people who made NifSkope

And those numerous other mods which I have seen here, which may have provided inspiration. I have never directly copied anything, but I have occasionally used ideas. I just can't remember when or where :)

History
----------------

v0.1 - Made the Ice Armour for my own amusement, to find outhow to use NifSkope and Gimp.

v0.4 - Copied one of the houses in Bruma, positioned it inside the city, and placed the ice armour within.

v0.7 - Moved to outside city, cutting down any trees blocking the view :) Added all sorts of hidden cae systems, underground cities etc.

v0.8 - Deleted underground cities etc. - just too ridiculous :) Kitted out the house with non-respawning chests, hunting trophies etc.

v1.0 - Added Hunter's Furs and the training rooms. Odd tweaks to finish off.

v1.1 - Fixed issue with the bed. I had left it owned by an NPC

v1.2 - Fixed the unenchantedness of the weapons
