This mod is considered as a lite-alternative to OOO. It does not change existing creatures
and it does not change levelled-loot. So, if you want to play mods like my Creature Language
Skills, etc then this is perfectly compatible with such mods.

This mod is designed to make the game more rewarding by changing the levelled-lists, bandits,
vampires, adding new wilderness creatures and new enemies to Oblivion. Oblivion is now much
tougher and requires a character of a high level before you can go there and be successful.
Most changes are subtle, but i feel it makes the game much more rewarding and a good basis
for an RPG.



Details of changes this mod does: -
-----------------------------------


* Made bandits more varied, with some tougher than the player, where others are weaker.
Bandits and Marauders also no longer carry levelled armor or weapons (apart from a few
exceptions).

* I have made NPC vampires more dangerous and powerful with many at fixed levels.
Although there are still some that may be weaker than others. I have not touched their items.

* A few new wilderness creatures added such as the Greater Land Dreugh and
Ancient Wraith and a few new creatures specially designed for some particular quest areas.

* Oblivion gates are now considerably more challenging with more creatures, some new creatures
and some very tough Dremora Guardians. A few small puzzle elements have also been added.

* Levelled lists now changed so that weaker creatures can appear even at very high levels,
although creatures still get significantly tougher at the same time.


Levelled-loot has not been changed.

Changes in Ver 1.01
-------------------

- Removed spawn-point in Divine Elegance, in Imperial Market District.


Compatibility
-------------

Mods that modify existing creatures or levelled-loot should be compatible with this mod.
