About this mod
Very simple mod. Go to edgar\'s, buy spell. Cast on target, message comes up with target\'s level. I figure, it\'s always good to see what you are up against. It\'s not hostile, so feel free to cast on NPC\'s. You can see that levelling system in action! Just put ESP in your oblivion/data folder and activate it through the launcher.
