The amulet, called The Amulet of Magicka, gives the player 10 points Magicka fortification, But wait, thats not all! the Amulet upon being equiped, may be used to create a spell or enchant an item. The amulet, called The Amulet of Magicka, gives the player 10 points Magicka fortification, But wait, thats not all! the Amulet upon being equiped, may be used to create a spell or enchant an item. (I got sick and tired of running back to the Arcane Uni to spell make and enchant. You may ask me why I have done this as there are some player made amulets out there which can do the same things and more, for me thats just the problem, I don't want to do too much to break the game.)
The Amulet can be obtained by Finding a key to the display case in Jensine's 'Good as New Merchandise' in the Imperial City Market District. The Display case is at the back of the shop. The key is hidden. (readme holds 1 hint and 1 blatent spoiler about it's position)
Edit: in v1.0 you had to buy the key from Jensine. Due to a bug, poor modding skills or a complete arse over end mistake; this did not work. As stated above, it's now a hide and seek affair.
