This will make your player (and all npcs) float around and attack like Liches do when you have a staff equipped.

Some anim hacking, as I promised. This will make your player (and all npcs) float around and attack like Liches do when you have a staff equipped. You still go back to the ground when BLOCKING at a standstill, and I have not changed the casting animations for tonight either... because this was a headache. Anyways it's pretty cool, and most of the weirdness that comes from trying to use creature animations on the player is fixed, except that during the attack animation you might notice the shoulder get thin. The technical reason for this is because the lich animation has no Twist bones, so it twists the whole shoulder where the player would have a more gradual rotation. It's not noticable unless you look for it.
No readme included. Just unpack this into your Oblivion main folder and you're done, no esps to check or anything.
