This esp contains a buyable castle located in the jerall mountains southeast of Hermaeus Mora's shrine.
It contains lots of space for stuff, display cases, chests, beds and other furniture, altar of spellmaking and enchanting, a training area with live training skeletons.
It also contains a couple of items already, some scrolls, armour and other thigns, i'll let ya find 'em.
The deed to the house can be bought in the mystic emporium (and if you don't want to pay for it simply TLC and walk thru the floor and open the chests that are hidden there)
INSTALLATION:
Simply choose to save the ESP in your data folder and check it in data files when you launch the game.

Bethseda softworks and myself :P
You can do what you want with this mod, preferably add credits if due =)
from what i've tested its bugfree and clean.
