This plugin simply modifies the Bands of Kang Lao bracers. I got tired of playing an underpowered monk and made this mod to spice him up a bit... New stats for the bracers are: AR 10 10000 Health Fortify Strength 10 Fortify Agility 10 Fortify Speed 5 Fortify Endurance 5 Fortify Hand To Hand 20 Fortify Marksman 10 Restore Fatigue 10

New stats for the bracers are:
AR 10
10000 Health
Fortify Strength 10
Fortify Agility 10
Fortify Speed 5
Fortify Endurance 5
Fortify Hand To Hand 20
Fortify Marksman 10
Restore Fatigue 10
Resist Normal Weapons 10
These stats may seem 'overpowering' but in practice they don't actually make a huge difference. They do make playing a hand-to-hand (vs bow-wielding) monk much more fun to play though (still a bit weaker than most other classes).
They can be found either in the Imperial City Waterfront District 'Shack for Sale' on the floor and slightly to the left as you walk in or in the locked box near the two people sparring in the arena district (if you've found the bracers in the box already you'll have to get my version from the shack for sale).
Note: This mod will replace the default Bands of Kang Lao which add a Fortify Hand to Hand 20 Enchantment.
