Rosethorn Hall with a view is quite simply a plugin that moves the Skingrad house for sale - Rosethorn Hall, to a much more desireable location up in the mountains on the Orange road East of Chorrol and Southwest of Bruma.

NOTE: This mod pretty much REQUIRES distant land etc. to be ON. HDR is also recommended. So it can only really be appreciated with a decent system, though you can sacrifice grass for LOD maps. Anyway, just a tip - GRASS OFF IS THE EASIEST WAY TO SPEED UP OBLIVION ALOT- EVEN AT 1600X1200

So you just go to the marker (once you've activated it) and go in there instead of Skingrad. I felt that Rosethorn Hall, being the most expensive & beautiful home you can buy in the game, should be in a more visually pleasing place than face-to-face with all the other boring grey houses in Skingrad. There is also a small outdoor fire area with one hell of a view and some stools to sit on. The upstairs balcony also has seats now. Be sure to check out the sunrise on the left and sunset stool on the right. 7:00am and 6:00pm respectively are the best times on a clear day.

The plugin, to my knowledge, does not conflict with any of the original Rosethorn hall content because it merely places the outdoor model up in the mountains and links the doors to the original "Rosethorn Hall" interior cell, so it's really quite simple. You still pay about 50,000 total for the house and fittings and you need the same key, but now it's really worth the money! And the doors in Skingrad simply do nothing.

This is a great mod for players with a bit of cash, a fairly high fame rating with the need to relax a bit.
