Adds a unique short blade to The Fighting Chance in the Imperial City, it can be seen through a display case along side a replica of a book with lore, the real book can be found at The First Edition, it's mainly for high level characters. I've made it so noob lvl's will not be able - or will have an extremely difficult time - trying to get it. The edge and the blade can be purchased bye buying the key to the display case from rohshan. The unholy brand added in 1.24 can be purchased straight from rohsshan, there is lore on the brand in a letter on her counter. the book the enchantement can be purchased the same way as the the edge and blade.
