Hello, and welcome to the first in a new series of mods.
The Testing Hall must be an awfully cluttered place. Not everyone has access to it, not everyone wants to basically cheat to get there, and not everything dumped in there deserves to be overlooked. And even if you can get there, not everything seems to be in a respawning container, or even easy to find. Hence this series of mods, in which I rescue neglected items from the Testing Hall and make them available for sale at various vendors.
In this mod, we have a Black Dress by FLY.
