About this mod
Homes and companions suitable for dark characters. A female vampire companion, a hellbound, a lair in the sewers of Chorrol, and an underground sanctuary for the undead.

Necromancer Lair (Chorrol sewers):
- lair suitable for necromancers and illicit alchemists
- spellmaking and enchanting altars
- alchemy shelf with ingredient transfer script
- hostiles in the Crumbling Mine replaced with lair guardians
- Altar of the Damned (removes bounty for half the amount)
Underground Vampire Sanctuary (countryside south of Battlehorn Castle):
- sanctuary for vampires with a coven of friendly vampires who offer services at night
- Vlados (smith, merchant), Elsabet (alchemist, merchant), Teleri (mage, merchant), and Willim (warrior)
- Altar of Dibella the Whore (restores attributes and blesses regardless of infamy)
Ceridwen (female vampire companion, waiting for you in the sanctuary):
- does not suffer sun damage but dons special protective clothing if taken outdoors into sunlight.
- allows you to drink a potion of her blood to contract Porphyric Hemophilia and become a vampire.
- is a mage specializing in Restoration, Illusion, and Destruction: Frost.
- can lend you her spellbook and teach you her brand of Illusion.
- has full companion share and stat menu, and can be asked to follow or wait.
- levels with you according to a customized class scheme.
- fights at your side against any foe including guards.
- won't become hostile if hit by friendly fire.
- sneaks when you sneak.
- can be summoned by casting Bloodbond: Ceridwen.
- can breathe underwater.
Black Shuck (hellhound companion, waiting for you near the lair):
- levels with you to remain useful.
- defends you from hostile creatures and NPCs.
- will attack anyone including guards upon whom you cast Unleash Hell.
- won't become hostile if hit by friendly fire.
- keeps pace with you when you are riding a horse.
- sneaks when you sneak.
- can be summoned anytime by casting Summon Black Shuck.
- can breathe underwater and is 100% resistant to fire.

Notes:
Ceridwen is built in the tradition of Hilda (a companion mod for Morrowind): She doesn't have extensive dialogue or story and is meant to be a loyal and fun companion without hassles.
The "double face/body" bug affects all vanilla and mod companions after fast travel (afaik). Use EngineBugFixes (http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/47085), or the Fix Follower spell from the Unofficial Oblivion Patch, or another fix.
You can take any of the six other Black Hounds in the mine to form a pack that will attack anyone Black Shuck attacks. This is not balanced, and I don't recommend it for normal play, but it's fun for the occassional rampage. ;)
