This is an edited version of Auto Attempt Lock Picking by g33kFace that only activates when the player has a 100% chance of picking the lock.
When you activate a locked door/chest that you don't have a key for, the mod checks to see if your Security skill is greater than the LockLevel.
LockLevel ranges from 1-99, and typically for the 5 lock difficulties you'll see values of 7/20/40/80/99, from Very Easy to Very Hard.
If your skill is high enough then the mod will automatically open the door/chest for you, otherwise the mod will do nothing and you'll be taken to the lockpicking minigame as usual.
