Here is the third installment of my landscape retextures.

Ever wonder what happens to the poor lost souls that venture into oblivion? Look around you...

When I first went through an oblivion gate I was dissapointed with the look of the domain. So many poor low res textures that gave the whole place a cheap sold out feeling. Some of the meshes are badly assembled but after several years agonising over the poor look and by choice never visiting the Oblivion realms I thought I would give the wastelands an overhaul.
So here it is, All new ground textures including the burnt ground that appears all around Kvatch and I have retextured many architectural aspects including a whole new look for the Flesh Walls, Bridge bases and the rocks that surround the towers. Mixed in with my textures are some better res and refilterd vanilla ones such as the towers and pillars with improved normal maps. A natural looking magma sea also makes an appearance. All in all the overall effect is of a more charred looking environment with just a little of my humour attached...
This mod only touches the wastelands. No changes to internal architecture.


Best to back up your oblivion textures and meshes to a safe place just in case...
Extract the data folder to a place of your choosing and drag it into your oblivion root folder. Overwrite if asked.....
