REQUIREMENTS
HGEC Body
Coronerras'Maximum Compatibility Skeletons

This is a simple modification of Nailflan's Yoke Armor, following the pattern of Recovered Legacy. All the meshes and textures are copied directly from that mod. Three esps are included:
YokeArmourBase - The three armors are copied, by adding aa at the start of the Editor IDs, and the vendor chest is copied as respawning by adding a to the end of the Editor ID. This version serves as a modders resource.
YokeArmourAttire - matching clothing is created, with a value of 10 and weight of 5, and a second vendor chest created. This version also serves as a modders resource.
YokeArmourICVendors - this version adds the armour vendor chest to A Fighting Chance, and the clothing vendor chest to Divine Elegance, in the Imperial City Market District, with the owners set as Rohssan and Palonirya respectively. This version is playable immediately, and comparable to Nailflan's original version. It can even be played alongside the original version without conflict. No other changes are made.

The second and third esps can be used as a base for dynamically adding the clothing and armour to NPCs, via a quest script similar to that of the Recoloured Dresses mod, if so desired. Or they can be merged with other clothing and armour mods, to make the armour and attire available from other vendors, e.g. Vahi's Wardrobe.

INSTALLATION

1 - Extract to temporary location
2 - Copy meshes and textures folders to your Oblivion\Data folder
3 - Copy the esp of your choice to your Oblivion\Data folder, and tick in Oblivion Launcher

UNINSTALL

1 - Untick chosen esp in Oblivion Launcher
2 - Delete esp
3 - Delete the Yoke Armor folders under clothes and menus\icons in your meshes and textures folders

CONFLICTS/ISSUES

None known. At worst, the vendor containers might overlap with others placed in the same locations by other mods you might be using. While the original readme states a HGEC body is required, I have used that mod with ZKEC bodies and not experienced any problems. The only issues I encountered were when I merged the original mod with several other mods, directly added the armour/clothing the inventories of NPCs changed by other mods, and messed up some of the NPCS when I tried to undo some of the changes I'd made. Silly me, shouldn't have done that.

FINAL THOUGHTS

This mod, like my Recovered Legacy, is a basic building block for future work. Once I have about 20 or 30 such mods, I will start making merged versions that add NPCs, enchantments, dynamic adding of items to existing NPCs via quest scripts, and the like. In the meantime I'm curious to see what use others put this mod to.

Oh, and Earana looked especially intimidating in Yoke Attire in my earlier mucking about with the original mod.
