Welcome to the 27th installment of my Oblivion Immersion Series.  This is my first foray into the Cyrodiil-has-no-economy style of mods.  Skyrim and Morrowind do it better, with a mixture of mines that are in use and abandoned.  Gives both provinces some semblance of a livelihood.  To this end, this mod renovates 7 non-quest-related mines across Cyrodiil, giving them miners, a foreman, and guards, all of which have full daily schedules.  Additionally, all vanilla ore veins have been set to re-spawn (and I do mean ALL of them), so that yo can return time and again to gather gold or silver nuggets, but it also means that veins are no longer safe and free storage.  

The following mines have been renovated and renamed:

- Abandoned Mine (renamed Valleyside Mine)
- Belletor's Folly (not renamed)
- Crumbling Mine (renamed Crumble Stone Mine)
- Cursed Mine (renamed Red Grass Mine)
- Deserted Mine (renamed Singing Rock Mine)
- Doomed Mine (renamed High Fissure Mine)
- Shattered Mine (renamed Hidden Rock Mine)

The UL patch is an alternative plugin, meant to override the original, that makes this mod work better beside various UL mods (see compatibility section for more).  In this version, Abandoned Mine has removed and replaced with Collapsed Mine (renamed Valleyside Mine) and Belletor's Folly was removed and replaced with Infested Mine (renamed Brena Spring Mine).

Btw, anyone who can decode the Tolkien easter eggs that I hid in the mod gets the reward of... uh... knowing that they're as big of a nerd as I am (I am willing to give hints).

Installation Instructions
====================

Copy contents into your Oblivion data folder.  When playing this mod for the first time, be sure that your character is not loaded at or near the renovated sites to avoid issues.  Three versions for Legion-occupied Forts are available, which alter the demographics of the mine guards.  These must be installed manually after extraction with NMM.  Be sure to let the LoF patch overwrite the original plugin.  If installing the UL patch, ensure that the new plugin overwrites the original.

Incompatibility
=============

Will be incompatible with any mod that changes to the interiors of caves and mines, such as Snus Dungeons.  Fully compatible with Better Dungeons.  The original release is incompatible with UL: Eastern Peaks, Chorrol Hinterland and Desolation of Kvatch, but compatible with UL: Entius Gorge, Aspen Wood, and River Ethe.  The UL patch is designed to be compatible with all of the previously listed UL mods and additionally to Brena River Ravine.  Compatible with Brotherhood Renewed and Vaults of Cyrodiil.
