In the Elven Gardens District, there is a house labeled "Guard House". No Guards ever use this property for anything. You can enter it yourself with no penalty and even use the beds to sleep in, but everything in it is owned by the Imperial Guards and the containers are not safe for storage.

I decided to change that. I mean why let a decent property go to waste, right?

This mod is pretty simple. There are no fancy bells and whistles. It's just a simple house furnished in an upper middle class style with ample storage space.
I did add a few things special though. Mostly a couple pieces of rare weightless clothing you normally cannot find in-game unless you kill the NPC wearing them, a hidden wall safe, and a wastebasket you can throw away unwanted junk in.

Savvy players will note that the Guard House is the location of the rare Skill Book A Dance in Fire v2 which sat on a table on the first floor. Fear not for I have simply moved the book to a bookcase on the second floor.

To install the mod, just drop the esp into your Data folder.
