A ring that gives you the powers of the flash 

You don't have to do anything to get the ring it just automatically goes into your inventory. 

V2.0 places the ring on the dock just outside the IC prison sewer where you start the game also in v2.0 the ring makes you invincible so you can jump off cliffs and not die etc.

v3 is a less op version
