Water 17 REBORN(4.0) is complete edition.
Some tweak on water has been modified and improved. This version added Shivering Isles(SI) water
and using swamp water because the environment in SI world is really looks like a swamp.
Some editing has been made to improve water wave and water ripples. Water wave is bigger at day
time than night time. Interior water brightness at night fixed.
New sewer water now look better than old plug-in. Also dungeon and swamp water added.
(Recommended version 4.0b)
All in one esp. You still can use this mod even you don't have SI installed. No crash problem.

Install
Extract mod files and place all of it into Data folder, after that open Oblivion Launcher Click Data files then tick
the box beside Water17 (TYPE).esp file to activate this mod.
Uninstall
Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, untick the box beside Water17 (TYPE).esp or delete it, and..
Delete Oblivion\Data\Textures\Water 17\Water17 (TYPE).dds(all of it) also delete
Oblivion\Data\Sound\FX\ambient\amb_underwater_lp.wave and amb_water_lake_lp.vave
