Description
===========
This mod completely changes the interior of the Bruma House for sale.

Location
========
When you enter Bruma through the maingate, the house will be the first one on your right.

Details
=======
With this mod I tried to give the Bruma House for Sale a warmer feeling without losing too much of the old ambience.
I have decided for this overhaul to not add too much details as the house would feel too messy and will feel more like a lower class house.
The house now includes the following: A kitchen area, a dining area, a small living area, a small bed area for your companion, a bath area and
a big master bedroom with a study.

Install
=======
It shouldn't be necessary but I highly recommend buying and furnishing the house before activating this mod!
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.

"Coldwood.esp"
"Coldwood.bsa"

Upgrade
========
I have no updates planned for this mod. However I will make like one or two more houses in the "wood" series.

Recommended
=============
- A Tweaked Enb ENB: http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/44146/?
- Better Cities: http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/16513/?

Incompatibility
===============
- Since this mod changes the entire interior of the Bruma House for sale it will not be compatible with any mods that do the same.
- Make sure you put the "Better Cities" files underneath your load order to avoid any conflicts.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
- There is quite an amount of lighting sources in the house. Especially with some ENB's it can look quite weird.
  Let me know if the ENB you use is "incompatible" with the house mod so I can make a patch for it!
