This mod pretty much just adds a player owned chest to the Imperial City Waterfront. Nothing too fancy. You can find it not too far from
the house you can buy there. Otherwise refer to the screenshots.

Also there should be no compatibility issues with other mods unless they alter and/or change the IC Waterfront drastically.
Just check the screen shots to see the location and the other mod and you should be able to tell if it would affect it or not.

No requirements that I know of. It's pretty basic.
Though it's always good to have the unofficial patches, OBSE, and etc.

I may add another chest or some more things to just kinda spruce up that spot but, idk.
If anyone has suggestions or wants another chest or two, just comment on this page.
