About this mod

Stops increasing skills through use, you now have to pay to trainers for their increase.

Permissions and credits
LEVELLING THROUGH TRAINING ONLY

Installation:
Just unpack the necessary .esp file in your Data directory in your Oblivion folder. Activate it through your Oblivion launcher (Data Files). Choose only one!

Description:
Are you angry or upset that you have no control over your levelling or your skills increase when you don't want them? Do you know about Oblivion XP but prefer other variants? Then that mod is for you.
Based on SLATE Levelling mod for Morrowind by Tizzo (find it there) (http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/43498/?), this mod stops training skills through using them and allows it only through paid training.  There are five versions of fixed the level-up stat modifier at a given level: x5, x4, x3, x2, and x1.

Features:
- Complete control over your skill training and levelling. You choose which skills to train, and no random level gains!
- Prepare to spend thousands of gold during your game. Yes, this mod can make it more difficult.
- You can raise skills up to 100000 (ten thousand) times per level, not 5 as in vanilla game. There are versions that limits training at 15 and 20 points per level respectively. You can be no longer Master of All, it can become boring; for me, it is... :)
- It's a challenge. Don't you like them? If yes, this mod is for you!

Disclaimer:
I don't own Oblivion.

Credits:
To Bethesda Softworks for this wonderful game (though I HATE enchanting through Soul gems for moral reasons!)
To Tizzo for SLATE Levelling mod, idea and inspiration.
Issues: This mod will most likely conflict with other  levelling mods, so deactivate them before activating this one, or there can be game crashes or bugs.

UPDATES: There are two more versions now. One limits the game to 15 skills trainable per level, the other one is 20 per level. It was done to give player the opportunity to make choices and not simply be the Master of All.
