More Efficient Remake of an older mode that doesn't require OBSE this time.

Description
===========
A simpler, more efficient Redux of an older mod of mine. This time, it doesn't [Hopefully :p] require OBSE to run, and will not impact performance anymore, an issue with the previous version.
What this does is change the Vanilla Armor Rating Cap of 85 to Infinite, so you can have well over 100% AR, which is why this is in the Cheats section, because it can be considered overpowered.
Installation
==========
Use NMM or Manual Install by extracting contents into Data Folder.
I recommend putting this mod last or near the bottom of load order, and a Bashed Patch is always a good idea when installing a new mod.
