A simple Baliwog follower with a bit of a twist. 

Head to the Warlock's Luck in Bravil and you'll find the Baliwog for sale there. After purchasing the Baliwog tell him to follow and he'll obey. Just be careful not to make him angry.  You might not like him when he's angry. 

Installation: 
Copy the plugin to your Oblivion Data Folder. 
Delete if you wish to uninstall. 

Mod requires the Shivering Isles Expansion pack and the latest patch. 
Also the use of OBSE and Ely's Universal Silent Voice is required or else the text reads too fast.
