A Lesser Power to Open Very Hard Locks on touch (work's under water) and target.

This mod alters the "Tower Doomstone" located south of Imperial City. Across Lake Rumare, west of Pell's Gate, over the bridge.
It's once a day Powers, have been changed to use many Lesser Powers. Lesser Power spells, will not train up your skills. So, it's safe to use without over training your skills.
"The Master's Hand" has been altered to "Fortify Armorer Skill on self to 100 for 15 seconds".
"The Warden's Key" has been altered to "Open Very Hard (99) Locks on Touch and on Target".
To remove theses lesser powers, just unload this esp or touch any other Doomstone to over write them.- Grendel 8 )
