This mod adds a player home to the docks of Anvil! "Seaside Manor" is located to the west Anvil docks towards the lighthouse. Its location on the docks gives it a unique beautiful view of the Abecean Sea. It costs 50,000 gold and has a fully working quest to purchase the home. The house itself is fairly upper class with lots of nice furnishings. It comes with display case's, lots of storage chests , a hidden wall safe and even a underground treasure stash! It is 2 stories + small underground room. The upper floor has a small mage/magic/alchemy room with spell maker alter + enchanting alter.
