This little mod Provides fps by altering things that in my opinion bethesda extremely screwed up by replacing some ck settings

Water used to move fast, Now its alot calmer improving your fps.

Grass and trees moved fast, Now there alot calmer improving your fps.

Lights were too unrealistically bright, So I lowered there radius improving load time and fps.

Clouds moved a bit too fast, Slowed them down increasing fps.
